The Western Region Republican Committee joins Delaware and the entire nation in mourning the passing of former Governor and Congressman Mike Castle. Governor Castle was a true public servant whose integrity, civility, and dedication to the people set a standard for leadership that reached far beyond his home state. While his work was rooted in Delaware, his example of principled, bipartisan service resonated across the country, including here in the West. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his decades of faithful service.
